A free online course for taxi drivers and couriers in Kazakhstan has been launched to teach professional communication with female clients. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The course, developed by inDrive and the OSCE Programme Office in Astana, consists of nine video lessons in Kazakh with Russian subtitles. It covers typical situations, personal boundaries, respectful communication with female passengers, and ways to prevent conflicts.
