The film's shoot took place on July 27, 2026, in Burbank, California. The main roles were played by Kevin Heffernan, Paul Soter, Steve Lemme, Jay Chandrasekhar, and Eric Stolhanske. New cast members include Nat Faxon, Andrew Dismukes, and Brian Cox.
Broken Lizard was formed in the early 1990s. Their first film, 'Super Troopers,' was released in 2001 and achieved cult status. The plot is based on the daily lives of Vermont highway patrol officers. The troupe members describe the film's success as 'mustaches and maple syrup.'
