In North Kazakhstan, a drunk man bathed naked in a fountain. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
His actions did not go unnoticed by the police. He was held administratively liable for petty hooliganism. According to the man, he was drinking beer with friends and then cannot remember why he decided to bathe in the fountain.
The court sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest. Law enforcement officers urge Kazakh citizens, if they witness an offense, not to limit themselves to just recording it on video, but to promptly report it to the police.
