The Freedom Afisha team expressed concern over reports of injuries at Kairat Nurtas's concert in Shymkent and said it is ready to assist law enforcement in establishing the circumstances of the incident. On October 10, a crush occurred at the entrance to Kairat Nurtas's concert in Shymkent. Freedom Afisha said it is clarifying the circumstances of the incident and stressed that the main priority now is people's health and safety.

"We were deeply concerned by reports of injuries. We are clarifying the circumstances of what happened and sincerely worry about everyone affected by this situation," the team's statement reads.

The company expressed readiness to provide law enforcement with all available information, including materials from the preparation of the event and data on the work of its team at the venue.

"We are interested in the most objective and transparent establishment of all the circumstances of what happened," Freedom Afisha noted.

The concert "Sakhnada 20 zhyl" was announced at the Central Stadium named after Kazhymukan as part of an anniversary tour dedicated to the singer's 20 years of creative activity.

According to the statement, the concert organizer was the company Show Service. Freedom Afisha provided ticket sales within the quotas announced by the organizer, and at the venue — the work of volunteers checking tickets and issuing bracelets. According to the company, preparing the venue, organizing spectator access and engaging security were not among its tasks.

The Freedom Afisha team said it is ready to participate in a joint analysis of the incident and in improving standards for organizing mass events.

"It is fundamentally important for us to help understand the causes of what happened so that the necessary conclusions are drawn to prevent similar situations in the future," the company stressed.
