Altyn Construction, a construction company whose main ultimate owner is entrepreneur Bibigul Zhumanova, earned 1.5 billion tenge in net profit for 2025, according to its financial statements. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

A year earlier, the company's profit stood at 151.8 million tenge. Thus, over the year, this figure grew exactly tenfold.

Financial performance

In 2025, Altyn Construction's revenue reached 19.4 billion tenge, compared with 4 billion tenge in 2024 (a 4.8-fold increase). The company's retained earnings at the end of 2025 amounted to 1.9 billion tenge. The headcount at the end of 2025 fell to 65 people from 77 a year earlier.

Co-owners

The co-owners of Almaty-registered Altyn Construction are 53-year-old Bibigul Zhumanova (95%) and 55-year-old Berik Dauylbayev (5%). Both have individual entrepreneur status.

Bibigul Zhumanova holds stakes in several companies: Altyn Land (Shymkent), Arman Gymnasium (Shymkent), Altyn Balyktar (Almaty), Vanya.Lux (Shymkent), and the Beef Farm agricultural production cooperative (Mankent village, Sairam district, Turkestan region).

Berik Dauylbayev holds stakes in Meliorator (Kyzylorda), Altyn Balyktar (Almaty), SP Kyzylorda Cement (Kyzylorda), NPC Prombez-Expert (Shymkent), Standard 2021 (Kyzylorda), Usiktas Eli (Shakpak village, Baidibek district, Turkestan region), the Sary Tau Agro agricultural production cooperative (Shakpak village, Baidibek district, Turkestan region), and the Beef Farm agricultural cooperative (Mankent village, Sairam district, Turkestan region).

Activities and projects

The company's stated activities include architectural, urban planning and construction activities, wholesale trade and other activities.

Open sources indicate that Altyn Construction builds and sells residential complexes in Shymkent. In particular, there is an Instagram account, altyn_construction, through which apartments and commercial premises in the Bozaryk and Adiya residential complexes in Shymkent are sold – commercial premises there are sold from 200,000 tenge per square meter, while apartments in the five-story brick Bozaryk residential complex are sold at 410,000 tenge per square meter. The company offers apartment purchases including through Otbasy Bank's preferential programs.

Property and financial position

In 2022, the company acquired two buildings in the Abai district of Shymkent (in the Samal microdistrict and on Zhanakurylys Street), which serve as collateral for a Halyk Bank loan. At the end of 2025, the company held 5 billion tenge in current bank accounts and deposits (647.4 million tenge a year earlier).

Altyn Construction paid 425.6 million tenge in taxes in 2026, 1.3 billion tenge in 2025, and 299.3 million tenge in 2024. At the end of 2025, the company's headcount stood at 138 people, compared with 64 a year earlier.
