In the East Kazakhstan Region, those who violated traffic rules while filming an advertising video have been held accountable. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, while filming an advertising video for a store, a passenger leaned out of a moving car in order to attract public attention and create a striking shot.
Police officers promptly identified the participants of the video and gave a legal assessment of their actions.
"The driver of the vehicle was held administratively liable for violating the rules of passenger transportation. In addition, administrative measures were applied to the passenger who leaned out of the car while it was moving," police say.
Police warn that such actions endanger the lives and health of road users and can lead to severe consequences.
