After a grand show in Bishkek, Shakira declared her love for Kyrgyzstan. The singer shared memorable photos from the concert on her Instagram. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
In her post, Shakira once again thanked everyone who came for the incredible emotions and warm welcome.
"I fell in love with Kyrgyzstan and its people!" she wrote.
She also attached pictures from the concert that convey the full scale of the show. In the photos, Shakira appears in a traditional headdress, while other shots capture bright moments of the performance, the dancing show ballet and enthusiastic fans with posters.
Recall that Shakira performed at Bishkek Arena stadium as part of the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour. Ticket prices depended on the category and ranged from 12,000 to 40,000 som.
The concert was Shakira's first performance in Central Asia. The program included the singer's hits and songs from her 2024 album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.
Earlier, Kursiv wrote that officials and concert organizers came to the international airport to meet the singer.
Later, footage appeared showing the singer preparing for the concert and having already tried on Kyrgyzstan's national headdress.
In the footage, Shakira sings into a microphone at the stadium while preparations for the concert are underway. On the artist's head is a warm tebetei with a dark gray pattern, a traditional Kyrgyz men's fur headdress.
