A pilot project to introduce artificial intelligence in small schools has started in Kazakhstan. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The pilot project was launched on September 1 in schools of Pavlodar and Kyzylorda regions.
The official statement specifies the goals and capabilities of the project.
"Artificial intelligence will help students select individual tasks, analyze learning outcomes and identify gaps in knowledge. At the same time, it expands the teacher's professional capabilities," the official statement says.
The project will first be tested by 500 small schools. And by 2029, it is planned to be introduced in all 2,500 schools.
It is worth noting that the president had previously signed a decree on measures to introduce artificial intelligence into the secondary education system. This document also includes a pilot project concerning small schools.
