Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic believes that Europe is on the threshold of a big war. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Vucic expressed the opinion that the conflict in Ukraine will not be resolved in the near future. "I think we are on the threshold of an even bigger war. Therefore, I had hoped that someone would have taken action to establish peace by now," Vucic said in a podcast of Mathias Döpfner, chairman of the board of the German media concern Axel Springer.
It is worth recalling that earlier Turkey stated that it is ready to organize a new round of negotiations on Ukraine in Istanbul in a short time, provided that the parties confirm their readiness to return to the negotiating table.
Also, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Omsk on July 25, expressed the opinion that it is possible to return to the formula of the Istanbul agreements to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
