Two drivers caught police attention after dangerous maneuvers on a suspension bridge in Semey. The violators themselves posted the video on social media. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The reckless drivers were a 34-year-old Lada Priora driver and an 18-year-old motorist behind the wheel of a Mazda Xedos. According to police, their actions posed a threat to traffic safety on one of the city's busiest highways.
Both drivers were held accountable for violating the rules on giving signals when starting to move, changing lanes, turning, making a U-turn, and stopping.
Police reminded that the suspension bridge is an important transport facility, and dangerous maneuvers on it pose a threat not only to the violators themselves but also to other road users. Preventive raids on this section of the road are planned to continue. Drivers were urged to comply with traffic rules and not to take risks for the sake of spectacular videos.
