In Semey, a 35-year-old resident of the Aktobe region was fined for a photo shoot on the roadway of a road bridge. This was reported by the police department of the Abai region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
In a video published on social media, the woman lies on the roadway at night and poses for the camera while cars move nearby.
The video attracted the attention of users and the police. Department employees identified the participant in the filming.
"An administrative protocol was drawn up against the woman under Article 615 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan for violation of traffic rules by pedestrians and other road users," the police department of the Abai region reported.
Such a violation carries a fine of 2 MCI, or 8,650 tenge.
The police reminded that such filming poses a threat to life and health. At night, a driver may notice a person on the road too late and fail to brake.
"Do not risk your life for spectacular shots and views on social networks. No video is worth such consequences," the department noted.
Earlier, Kursiv reported that in Atyrau, police held a 37-year-old passenger accountable for sticking his head out of the window while the car was moving and pouring a drink for a fellow passenger. The video was made for social media, but law enforcement identified the author of the video and documented the traffic violation.
