In the semifinals, she defeated the world's fourth-ranked player, American Coco Gauff. The match lasted 2 hours and 2 minutes and ended with a score of 5:7, 6:2, 6:2. Elena made five aces, committed one double fault, and converted four of eleven break points.

In the final, Rybakina will face Poland's Iga Swiatek, who is ranked seventh in the world. In the semifinals, she defeated Ukrainian Elina Svitolina.
