A massive internet outage has occurred in Russia. Users in several regions have reported problems with connectivity and access to online services, according to Downdetector.su. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to RBC, about 400 complaints were filed in 15 minutes about the provider Lovit, and another 137 about Rostelecom. The problems also affected Seven Sky, Almatel, and Ecotelecom. Users report disruptions in DNS and the social network VKontakte.

The most complaints come from Moscow — more than a thousand in 15 minutes. In St. Petersburg, over 200 complaints were recorded.

Large-scale disruptions in Runet already occurred in early August. At that time, users reported problems with Ozon, Rostelecom, Yandex, Avito, Russian Railways, Wildberries, T-Bank, and other services. Telegram outages were also recorded.
