"Operations to address the aftermath are under way at the scene. All those injured are receiving the necessary medical assistance," regional governor Oleh Kiper said on Telegram.
According to the regional governor, a warehouse was hit by an overnight Russian drone strike. Firefighters and emergency services are working at the scene.
