A section of the road to one of the main resorts in East Kazakhstan, Rakhmanovskiye Klyuchi, is undergoing medium repairs. Now, the resort area can only be reached during a 'time window' from six in the evening to six in the morning. Because of this, tourists are forced to wait in queues on the approach to the resort. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

In East Kazakhstan, since June 8, medium repairs have been ongoing on the 437-450 km section of the republican highway Ust-Kamenogorsk — Altai — Ulken Naryn — Katon-Karagay — Rakhmanovskiye Klyuchi. Due to asphalt paving, a temporary traffic restriction has been introduced from six in the morning to six in the evening. It will last until the main work is completed.

The introduced restrictions create obstacles for tourists traveling to Rakhmanovskiye Klyuchi. They have to line up in long queues and wait for the 'time window' to reach the resort area or leave it. This tension often escalates into conflicts and road rage.

Additionally, as reported by the local publication 'Ustinka LIVE', since the beginning of July, two traffic accidents have occurred on this section of the highway. In one case, a 46-year-old driver of a Lexus was moving very fast towards the village of Katon-Karagay, lost control, and overturned the car. However, no one was injured in the accident.

Earlier, Kursiv wrote that the former resort of businessman Balushkin, Rakhmanovskiye Klyuchi, had changed owners again.
