The body of a man was found in a well in Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The body of 20-year-old Meirzhan Rustem was discovered in a well. The young man went to sleep at night, but his relatives did not find him in the morning. They immediately began searching and found his body only a day later.
The suspect in the murder is the victim's 16-year-old brother. According to information on social media, money had gone missing from the house several times before the tragic incident. The deceased had blamed his brother, warned him, and tried to discipline him. It is believed that a conflict between the brothers led to the tragedy.
The police have opened a criminal case. "On June 1, a criminal case was opened on the fact of the murder of a resident of Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region. The suspect has been detained and placed in custody by court order," said the police department of Kyzylorda region. An investigation is currently underway.
