First Deputy Prime Minister Nurlibek Nalibayev, during a working trip to the Kyzylorda region, inspected the facilities under construction in the region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The delegation first inspected the construction of 15 nine-story residential buildings on the territory of the President's Park. The project with a total cost of 22 billion tenge is financed from the republican budget.
During the trip, the Botanical Garden, built with the support of the Head of State, was also not left unattended. In the complex on the territory of the President's Park, more than 3.3 thousand exotic and tropical plants of 92 species brought from China, Japan, South Africa, Australia, Madagascar, South and Central America have been planted.
The construction of a 24-hour library and a new drama theater in Kyzylorda is being carried out within the framework of the instruction given by the Head of State at the meeting of the National Kurultai, the akimat said. In April, the foundation of the building was laid and a capsule was laid.
The library, whose construction is allocated 20 billion tenge from the investor's funds, will have modern reading and conference halls, an archive department, a printing house, a media laboratory, and a podcast studio. It will store a book fund of more than 1 million books.
Another 20 billion tenge has been allocated for the construction of the new drama theater, the building is designed for 520 spectators. During the trip, new investment projects being implemented in the region were also presented.
