It was attended by SCO Secretary-General Nurlan Yermekbayev, Indian Foreign Minister Kirti Vardhan Singh, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, Kazakh Foreign Minister Yermek Kosherbayev, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev, Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Tajik Foreign Minister Sirodjidin Aslov and Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov. Also present was Ularbek Sharsheev, Director of the Executive Committee of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure.
The meeting took place against the backdrop of a portrait of famous Kyrgyz and Soviet writer Chinghiz Aitmatov.
