The first ten days of September will be clear and even hot. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

In September, the average monthly air temperature across Kazakhstan will gradually decrease by 5-7°C compared to August.

At the beginning of the month, the west and south of the country will be hot. In the northern, central, and eastern regions, cool autumn weather will set in with precipitation.

However, from the middle of the first ten days, most of the republic will see dry weather, and the temperature background will rise significantly:

  • 01in the west, northwest, and southwest of the republic, daytime temperatures are forecast to rise to +25+35°C;
  • 02in the north, northwest (Kostanay region), center, and east of the republic, nighttime temperatures will range from 0,+8°C to +8+15°C, daytime from +10+18°C to +22+30°C;
  • 03in the south, nighttime temperatures will be +13+20°C, daytime +25+35°C.

In the southeast, nighttime temperatures will be +10+18°C, daytime rising from +20+28°C to +25+33°C.

In the second half of the first ten days, the western and northwestern regions, and then the rest of the republic, will see changeable weather. Precipitation will occur, winds will strengthen, and the heat will subside.

In the second and third ten days of September, the temperature background will fluctuate, and frosts are possible. In the western and northwestern regions, nighttime temperatures will be 0,+5°C, daytime around +27+35°C. Frosts down to 3°C.

In the north, center, and east, nighttime temperatures will be 0,+5°C, and daytime will drop from +20+30°C to +8+17°C, with frosts expected.

In the southern half of Kazakhstan, nighttime temperatures will drop from +2+10°C to 1–6°C in mountainous areas, with frosts. Daytime temperatures will drop from +25+33°C to +15+22°C.

In September, average temperatures across most of the country will be near the climatic norm. However, in the West Kazakhstan region, and the west of Atyrau and Mangystau regions, temperatures are expected to be 1°C above normal.

Precipitation will be within normal limits. More precipitation than usual is expected in the far west, northwest, and northeast of the country. In the south and southwest, precipitation will be scarce.
