The Central Election Commission has explained how deputy mandates will be distributed among the parties that passed to Quryltai. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the law, deputy mandates are distributed according to the votes received by parties in the election. According to preliminary calculations, the distribution of 145 mandates is as follows:
- 01Adilet – 110 mandates;
- 02Auyл – 10 mandates;
- 03Respublica – 9 mandates;
- 04Ak Zhol – 8 mandates;
- 05JSDP – 8 mandates.
Thus, the Adilet party will have a majority with 110 mandates. Now, within five days, the parties will select their deputies from the party lists. The number of women and young people must be taken into account.
