The Central Election Commission has published the number of people who have voted so far in the Kurultai election. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

As of 10:00, 2,264,411 people voted across the republic. This constitutes 17.96 percent of all voters.

The total number of Kazakhstanis eligible to vote in the Kurultai election is 12,605,788.
