A public reception service has opened at the Qurultai. Through it, citizens can meet personally with each deputy. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Appointments for a deputy's reception can be booked on the Qurultai website. There, the date and time of the meeting must be indicated. The website also has a function to check the booking status. It is also possible to submit an in-person application.

Booking methods

According to an official statement, there are several ways to book an appointment with a Qurultai deputy:

  • 01sending an electronic request via the official Qurultai website;
  • 02submitting a written or in-person application;
  • 03as well as direct verbal contact.

"An appointment with a Qurultai deputy can be booked by sending an electronic request via the official Qurultai website, submitting a written or in-person application, as well as through direct verbal contact," the official statement says.

Responsible deputies

Deputies Konstantin Avershin, Aizhan Aimaganova and Sholpan Karinova will be responsible for coordinating the work of the public reception at the Qurultai.

The Qurultai Bureau has also developed rules for organizing and conducting the reception of citizens by deputies at the public reception.
