Marat Omarov reported on systematic work to reduce the quasi-state sector and develop competition. "With the direct participation of the National Privatization Office, a plan for optimizing quasi-state sector entities and state property objects for 2026-2030 has been approved," the statement said.

The total income of assets to be transferred to the competitive environment will be 3.4 trillion tenge. According to Akorda, special attention was paid to the results of reforming the public procurement system. "The measures taken have reduced the share of single-source procurement from 39% to 24%.
