A driver fleeing from police died in Kostanay. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to official information, the tragic incident occurred on the evening of October 25. The driver failed to comply with a police demand to stop and sped away.
At an intersection, he ran a red light and collided with the side of a bus. As a result, the man died at the scene.
There were 55 passengers on the bus. Two of them sought medical assistance.
Police have launched an investigation.
