In the Kostanay region, a court brought an entrepreneur who organized a children's camp to administrative responsibility. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The reason for the investigation was complaints from the children's parents and the service customer. They reported violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements during the organization of children's recreation. After that, an unscheduled inspection was conducted.
On June 19, the chief state sanitary doctor of the Altynsarin district issued an order to eliminate the identified violations. However, a re-inspection on July 2 showed that most of the comments had not been eliminated within the established period.
In court, the entrepreneur pleaded guilty. He explained that he could not fulfill all the requirements due to subjective reasons. However, the court considered that such arguments cannot serve as a mitigating circumstance, since it concerns the safety and health of children.
"By court decision, the entrepreneur was found guilty of failing to comply with a lawful order of state control bodies. He was fined 432,500 tenge. In addition, the camp's activities were suspended for three months," the press service of the Kostanay Interdistrict Court reported.
The court ruling has not yet entered into legal force.
Earlier, Kursiv reported that six children suffered from food poisoning at a camp in the Akmola region.
Meanwhile, this year, mandatory checks for criminal records of counselors were introduced in children's camps in Kazakhstan.
