The man had been wanted since May. He was found by officers of the city police department during the operational-preventive measure "Uchastok".
After identification, the suspect was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court chose a preventive measure of detention.
The police reported that they continue to work on the search and detention of persons hiding from justice.
Earlier, "Kursiv" reported that in Semey, a 36-year-old man was detained who had been hiding since January after violating the terms of probation control. Convicted of fraud on an especially large scale, he was placed in a pre-trial detention center, and later he was planned to be escorted to Pavlodar.
