In the Kostanay region, individuals attempting to illegally import vapes were detained at the Kairak automobile checkpoint. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The incident occurred on June 29. According to the National Security Committee, "27,624 units of prohibited goods were found among other cargo in the trailer of a truck." The total value of the confiscated electronic consumption systems is 500 million tenge.
Currently, investigative measures are underway.
