President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent congratulations to the participants of the ceremonial event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Kostanay region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
In his congratulatory message, the President described Kostanay as a "blessed land of abundance and harmony," noting that over this period the region has grown and become a grain-producing area. He also emphasized that Kostanay is recognized as the golden cradle of prosperity and unity, accord and friendship.
The Head of State recalled that Ibrai Altynsarin, Akhmet Baitursynov, Beimbet Mailin and other prominent figures were born on this land, who served the people selflessly and made an invaluable contribution to expanding the horizons of national spirituality.
Furthermore, the President noted that the region's economy is currently developing dynamically and expressed sincere gratitude to the citizens who work tirelessly to improve the region.
