In Akmola, Pavlodar, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan regions, as well as in Abai and Ulytau regions, in the southeast of Aktobe region, in the south of Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions, in the east of Almaty region, and in the mountainous areas of Zhetysu region, temperatures of 35-39°C are expected. In the south and center of Mangystau region, 38-42°C; in Kyzylorda region, 40-44°C.
In Zhambyl region, 43-45°C; in Kyzylorda and Turkistan regions, 45-48°C; in Almaty and Zhetysu regions, 40-45°C; in Ulytau region, in the south of Karaganda and East Kazakhstan regions, and in Abai region, 40-42°C.
Due to atmospheric frontal divisions, heavy rain is expected in the east, while hail and squally winds are forecast in the west, northwest, north, and east during the day.
In the south and southeast, dry weather will persist.
Across the country, dust storms and strong winds are expected in the south and north during the day.
Fog is forecast in the north at night and in the morning.
High and extreme fire danger persists in several regions.
Dry and hot weather increases the risk of natural fires.
