Unfavorable meteorological conditions (UMC) are expected in six cities of Kazakhstan on September 29. Residents of Almaty, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Aktobe, Atyrau, Petropavlovsk, and Kokshetau are advised to take weather factors into account when planning movements.
