Kazakh surgeons held master classes and performed a series of complex operations for colleagues in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan reported this.

Joint Work in Bishkek

Doctors from the National Scientific Center of Surgery named after A.N. Syzganov worked together with Kyrgyz colleagues at the base of the first city clinical hospital named after K. Ryskulova in Bishkek.

"Specialists paid particular attention to minimally invasive technologies. Such operations are performed through small accesses, which reduces the trauma of the intervention and accelerates patient recovery," the ministry noted.

Lectures and Master Classes

In addition to operations, Kazakh doctors held lectures and master classes. They told colleagues about modern methods of diagnosis and treatment and shared practical experience in managing patients.

International Master Class at the Center of Oncology and Hematology

Another platform for professional exchange was the National Center of Oncology and Hematology in Bishkek. An international master class titled "Modern Endoscopic Solutions in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastrointestinal Tract Formations" was held there.

Specialists from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan discussed modern possibilities of endoscopic diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of gastrointestinal tract diseases. Doctors also examined the application of new medical technologies in practice.

Focused on Practical Cooperation

Days of Kazakh medicine in Kyrgyzstan are aimed primarily at practical cooperation. Specialists from the two countries work together with patients, perform operations and exchange experience in applying modern treatment methods.

Earlier, "Kursiv" reported on how Kazakh surgeons from the Republic of Kazakhstan performed complex operations on the spine and joints in Dushanbe.
