Kazakhstan citizen Sultan Talip (Talipov) has opened a construction company in the USA and started building private homes for sale, he said on Facebook (Meta). He hopes to earn $1 billion by 2035 from this venture. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

"I am that Kazakh, opened a construction company in America and started building such private houses. We are now in Florida, this house has 250 square meters under the roof. Just this morning we started putting up walls and here is the result of the first day — half is ready, tomorrow the walls will be completely ready," he said.

According to him, the house will have various rooms with their own bathrooms. Sultan Talip noted that Americans usually put loungers and barbecues on the terrace in front of the house.

"In the future, the owner of this house can build a large pool here and relax with the whole family with children and live like in the forest in such wonderful nature. It is exactly such private houses that all Americans prefer to buy, so we are building specifically for Americans, so that later we can build this house and sell it," he said.

The entrepreneur noted that he wrote a script for his life 18 years ahead – until 2035 – in 2017.

"A construction company in the USA is one part of this script. With its help, I plan to earn $1 billion," he stated.

According to social media posts, in 2023 he was selling women's clothing via Kaspi. In July 2024, he moved with his family to the USA and currently lives in Melbourne, Florida. Sultan Talip managed to win a Greencard. After moving to the USA, he returned with his children to Astana and Almaty.

"Everyone has a big mission for the summer holidays. The younger ones will learn the Kazakh language, the older ones will communicate and hang out with friends. Everyone will undergo a medical examination. In America, dental treatment is very expensive. Therefore, everyone will undergo dental treatment. Of course, it would be more profitable to fly on vacation to the Bahamas or California. But still, nothing can replace the native land and native people," he wrote then.

Sultan Talip also reported that he took an instructor to learn to fly a private plane.

"Today I took an instructor and flew the plane myself for the first time. It turned out to be easier than I thought — the main thing is when you truly love this business. In the future, I want to get a pilot's license and buy my own private jet for 10-12 seats," he noted.
