Kazakh climber, musician, and theater artist Alibek Kairbek raised Kazakhstan's Constitution and a Kazakh dombra to Razdelnaya Peak, 6,148 meters high, in the Pamir mountain system. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the Constitutional Court, this expedition was carried out within the framework of the international cultural and patriotic project "Dombra on the Peaks of the World."
At Razdelnaya Peak, Alibek Kairbek performed Kazakh kuis on the dombra and raised the current Constitution of Kazakhstan.
During international expeditions, he tells climbers from different countries about Kazakhstan's history, culture, state symbols, and the country's Fundamental Law.
Within the project, Alibek Kairbek has climbed the highest peaks of Europe, Africa, the Himalayas, the Tien Shan, and the Pamirs, introducing the world to Kazakh art of kui, the court's statement said.
In 2025, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Constitution, Alibek Kairbek for the first time in history raised the Constitution to Island Peak in the Himalayas.
And in 2026, he continued this patriotic tradition by raising the current Constitution of Kazakhstan to a Pamir peak.
It should be noted that Kazakhstan's new Constitution came into force on July 1.
