President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated the need to turn Kazakhstan into a large construction site. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the President, airports, railway stations, large water supply facilities, industries, enterprises, railways and highways must be built at a high pace. Because the value of money decreases over time.
"Money is a temporary thing. Its value is decreasing every year. And using it effectively means achieving concrete results, leaving appropriate facilities for future generations," Tokayev said at the last joint session of the parliament chambers.
In this regard, the head of state also emphasized that one cannot, by calling oneself a social state, allow embezzlement of funds. "Our descendants will not understand and will not forgive such a short-sighted policy. In other words, we must turn Kazakhstan into a large construction site," the president concluded.
