According to the new Constitution of Kazakhstan, the position of vice president has been introduced in the country. In this regard, the order of power succession is also changing. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
In the event of the early release of the head of state from office, the republic will be led by the vice president. Next in the line of succession are the Chairman of the Kurultai and the Prime Minister.
