Artificial intelligence will start searching for jobs, composing resumes, and identifying risks of job loss in Kazakhstan. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The development of the Digital Employment Service was announced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the ministry, the system will create a digital profile of Kazakhstanis based on their education, experience, and skills.
On this basis, AI will be able to select vacancies taking into account the place of residence, and if the necessary competencies are lacking, it will offer training on the Skills Enbek platform. Vacancies will be delivered through notifications in eGov Mobile.
The pilot project has already been launched in Pavlodar region. By the end of 2026, it is planned to be scaled up to the entire country.
Recall that by 2035, Kazakhstan will need 2.9 million specialists, of which 1.8 million are in working professions. The largest shortage of personnel is expected in industry, construction, agriculture, and IT.
Earlier, Kursiv wrote that the greatest demand among employers in Kazakhstan is observed in the service sector, trade, and agriculture, as well as for qualified workers in industry, construction, transport, and equipment operators.
