Kazakhstan's Minister of Justice has answered the question about the timing of introducing the vice president position. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the minister, the issue of introducing the vice president institution is not on the agenda yet. He noted that introducing this position would require amendments to the Constitution. Currently, such amendments are not planned.
The minister also stated that no proposals have been received regarding the introduction of the vice president position, and this issue is not being discussed. He emphasized that Kazakhstan maintains a presidential form of government and there is no need to introduce additional positions.
