Early voting for Russian State Duma elections begins in Kazakhstan

Today, 13 September, Russian citizens living in Semey, Pavlodar, Karaganda and Taldykorgan can cast their votes early in the Russian State Duma elections. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Russians living in these cities and the relevant districts can vote at the following addresses:

• 01Semey — polling station No. 8128, 73 Abai Kunanbayev Street, Palace of Creativity for Children and Youth.
• 02Pavlodar — polling station No. 8125, 1 Constitution Square, Palace of Culture. Estai.
• 03Karaganda — polling station No. 8126, South-East microdistrict, 141st accounting quarter, 690-document, Palace of Schoolchildren No. 2.
• 04Taldykorgan — polling station No. 8134, 67 Nazarbayev Avenue, Palace of Culture. Zhansugurova.

In Semey, Pavlodar and Karaganda, voting is available from 10:00 to 18:00, and in Taldykorgan from 10:00 to 16:00.

To vote, Russians over the age of 18 will need a valid internal or foreign passport of the Russian Federation.

The Russian State Duma elections will be held from 18 to 20 September 2026.
