In November, the weather will please Kazakhstanis with unprecedented warmth: the average monthly temperature across the entire country will be 2°C above normal. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The advisory forecast for the last month of autumn was provided by forecasters from Kazhydromet. According to the forecasters, the average monthly air temperature in November in most of Kazakhstan, as well as in the mountainous regions of the southeast, is expected to be around 0…-5°C, while in the southern and southwestern parts of the country thermometers will record +1…+9°C.
At the same time, precipitation is forecast to be near normal in almost all regions. However, above-normal precipitation will fall in certain areas of the North Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Kostanay, Akmola, Aktobe, and Almaty regions, as well as in the Abai and Zhetysu regions.
Recall that a storm warning was issued for Friday, October 16, in 16 regions of Kazakhstan. Forecasters promise fog, precipitation and even snow, ice, frost and strong wind. High and extreme fire danger persists in several regions.
Earlier, Kursiv wrote that rain, snow and nighttime frosts are expected in Kazakhstan on October 15–17, 2026. In the east, the temperature will drop to −11 degrees, while in the south and west it will be up to +25 during the day. Precipitation will occur in most of the country. In the east and southeast on October 15, heavy rain and snow are expected at times. Ice is also forecast in the east.
