Kazakhstan is introducing an electronic queue for in-person medical-social expertise (MSE). This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

The new service allows citizens to pre-register for an appointment and choose a convenient day and time. There is no need to wait in line for a long time.

The e-queue project was first launched in Akmola Region. Later, the service was also introduced in the city of Almaty.

"As of 1 October 2026, 2,580 people in Akmola Region and 3,030 people in Almaty used the electronic queue," the ministry said.

Registration for the electronic queue is available through the Social Services Portal (aleumet.egov.kz). To do this, one needs to complete several simple steps.

If a citizen does not show up at the appointed time, the queue is automatically cancelled. A corresponding notification will also be sent.

The electronic queue system will simplify the medical-social expertise process, reduce waiting times for citizens and ensure efficient organisation of appointments.

After the project is implemented in two regions, its results will be analysed, and the issue of introducing the electronic queue in all regions of the country will be considered.
