In the next few years, 24 new world-class hotels will appear in Kazakhstan. Construction will begin in 11 regions of the country. This was announced by the press service of the government. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The projects will be implemented through private investment, but not without government assistance: it will provide soft loans and investment preferences.
According to the government, the arrival of these international chains will help Kazakhstan improve the quality of service, strengthen competition in the market, and make the country more attractive to foreign tourists.
In addition to premium-class hotels, a new casino will appear in Konayev. As reported by the Akimat of Almaty region, construction and installation work is currently underway at the site.
Earlier, Kursiv wrote that a new unusual hotel with round windows is planned to be built in Almaty.
