In July, employers posted 104.6 thousand job vacancies on the Enbek.kz electronic labor exchange. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Job seekers posted 141.2 thousand resumes. According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, compared to June, the number of vacancies decreased by 3.8%, while resumes increased by 11.5%.
Experts attribute these changes to seasonal features of the labor market in summer. The ministry notes: "At this time, graduates of educational institutions actively enter the labor market, and the number of job seekers increases. As a result, the supply of labor grows faster than demand."
