Kazakhstan has introduced a digital system for military personnel to file complaints. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the new service was launched under the interagency program 'Digital Prevention', coordinated by the Main Military Prosecutor's Office. The Ministry of Defense stated that the system aims to enhance legal protection for military personnel, prevent offenses, and strengthen the principle of 'Law and Order' in military units.
Through the digital system, military personnel can promptly report cases of assault, financial extortion, psychological pressure, and other illegal actions. To ensure timely response to complaints, a unified Call Center 'Hotline' operates under the Main Directorate of Military Police of the Armed Forces. The department emphasized that each received message is reviewed in accordance with established procedures, with necessary response measures taken.
'The introduction of digital prevention tools contributes to strengthening military discipline, preventing offenses, and creating safe conditions for military service,' said Lieutenant Colonel Adilkhan Kaliev, head of the Prevention Department of the Main Directorate of Military Police of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He also noted that military personnel should not remain indifferent to violations of the law and should promptly report illegal actions to authorized bodies. The Ministry of Defense believes that prompt response to complaints allows violations to be stopped at an early stage and ensures legality in military units.
Complaints are accepted at: +7 700 081 11 19.
Earlier, Kursiv reported that the National Guard of Kazakhstan plans to implement the E-Nazar system for psychological testing of military personnel. The platform can assess the mental state of conscripts, contract soldiers, and officers in 10-15 minutes, automatically process results, and generate data in a unified centralized process.
