The opening ceremony of the 6th World Nomad Games took place in Bishkek. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
During the ceremony, delegations of participating countries marched across the arena. Among them was the Kazakhstan team.
Kazakh athletes, waving the blue flag, were greeted with great enthusiasm by the spectators. The Kazakhstan delegation is one of the largest at the Bishkek Games.
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also greeted and supported the athletes who took to the arena. It is worth noting that at this year's World Nomad Games, more than 150 athletes defend the honor of Kazakhstan.
