According to the Ministry of Education, based on the results of the 2025 Global Innovation Index, the country leads the region. In the global ranking, Kazakhstan rose to 68th place.

Positive dynamics are also observed in the IMD World Competitiveness Ranking. "In the 'Education' indicator, Kazakhstan among 69 countries rose from 45th place in 2021 to 38th place in 2025, achieving the highest result in the last five years," the statement said.

Another important achievement is Kazakhstan's second place among 69 countries in the ratio of students to teachers in the secondary education system. According to the IMD World Talent Ranking, there are 8.34 students per teacher in the country.

As noted by the ministry, international ranking indicators determine Kazakhstan's position in the field of education and demonstrate the importance of systematic development of the education system in strengthening human capital.
