President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the law "On Ratification of the Agreement on the Unified System of Customs Transit of the EAEU and Third Parties." This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

According to Akorda, the head of state signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ratification of the Agreement on the Unified System of Customs Transit of the Eurasian Economic Union and a Third Party (Third Parties)."

The document paves the way for reducing business costs by up to 30% through deep digitalization of customs procedures, use of navigation seals, and reduction of cargo clearance time at the border to 30 minutes.
