Eyewitnesses are publishing footage of bright fire with an elongated trail and wondering what it could be. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
Posts from several cities in northern Kazakhstan have appeared on Threads. The footage shows a glowing point and a long bright trail against the night sky. It is not yet possible to determine from these images whether the eyewitnesses observed the same object.
In Astana, a user posted a video with the question: "Who else noticed it over Astana?" Similar posts were made by users from Kokshetau, Kostanay and Petropavlovsk.
Some authors of the posts call what they saw a UFO. However, the origin of the object has not been established from the footage provided. No confirmed explanation for this particular observation could be found at the time the material was prepared.
