Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Marshal of the Polish Senate Malgorzata Kidawa-Blonska. During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of political, economic, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and Poland.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev thanked the Marshal of the Polish Senate for her visit to Kazakhstan and emphasized the importance of inter-parliamentary ties between the two countries. He noted the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Poland, stating that bilateral cooperation has significantly strengthened over this period.
Malgorzata Kidawa-Blonska, in turn, expressed support for Kazakhstan's independence and sovereignty, as well as interest in further developing trade and economic ties. She highly appreciated the political reforms in Kazakhstan and noted Poland's readiness to support these processes.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue mutually beneficial cooperation and implement joint projects.
