Kazakhstan's Finance Minister announced the amount of the average salary. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

According to the minister, the average salary in the country in June 2026 was 350,000 tenge. This figure increased by 12% compared to the same period last year. The growth was influenced by stable economic development and inflation.

The minister also noted that the minimum wage remains at 85,000 tenge, unchanged from 2025. The maximum salary reached 1.2 million tenge, mainly in the oil and gas sector.

The minister stated that salary growth boosts purchasing power, but real growth was 7% after inflation. Economic forecasts suggest the average salary could reach 370,000 tenge by year-end.

These data show positive economic dynamics. The minister assured that salary growth will continue with appropriate government measures.
