According to a blogger who witnessed the incident, a pensioner who tried to help a flight attendant lift a bag made an inappropriate joke. After that, all luggage was re-checked.
The transport police department confirmed this information. According to the act of the airline "FlyArystan", the passenger was removed from the Almaty-Aktau flight for joking in Kazakh at Almaty International Airport: "Is there lead or a bomb in this bag?", police said.
Transport police, together with aviation security officers, conducted an operational inspection. No prohibited or explosive items were found during the inspection. No evacuation was carried out, and the airport continued to operate normally.
The elderly passenger was held accountable for petty hooliganism, and the case is being considered in court.
